By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, or enrolling in a UHS Healthcare membership with Unmeasurable Heights of Strength Healthcare Services ("UHS Healthcare"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Medical Disclaimer & Emergency Notice
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY OR GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM. UHS Healthcare services, telehealth consultations, and messaging are not for emergency medical care.
3. UHS Healthcare Membership Terms
- Flat Monthly Fee: UHS Healthcare membership fees are billed monthly on an automated recurring basis. Membership provides access to unhurried Healthcare, direct messaging, and wholesale lab discounts.
- Not Health Insurance: UHS Healthcare membership is NOT health insurance. We recommend members maintain high-deductible or catastrophic insurance for hospitalizations and specialist care.
- Cancellation Policy: Memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No long-term lock-in contracts or penalty fees apply.
4. Telehealth & Virtual Consultations
Telehealth visits are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant communication channels. Video consultations require a stable internet connection. NP Nacole Brown reserves the right to request an in-person physical examination if virtual assessment is clinically insufficient.
